An Interesting Book (269 words)

I have an interest and its reading. I love reading. It may be any kind of a book. This way I have a large collection of books. But among them I like “Screams at midnight” by J.D’souza, the most.
It is an adventurous story about five teenagers which consists of three siblings and two friends of their. They go out for a vacation to Pune. There they discover that there is a gang who smuggle the internal parts of small children and the mainspring behind all these is a man who wears the look of a saint.

The five teenagers go through a lot of adventures, ups and downs. But through all this their encouragement has been their parents’ consolation, their trust in each other and their faith in the Lord Almighty. When Dinesh, a five year old boy, was lost in a pilgrimage, the case came to their father who was a Police Officer. The five children knew that this was somehow related to the earlier cases and kept their nose to the grind to discover who the culprits were.

But, during this one of their friend, Ranjit was also kidnapped. Luckily, he was soon found but because of a grievous injury in his forehead, he went to coma. Still they did not lose hope. They went for investigation at Dinesh’s house and then to his friend Rakesh’s. They went to each and every temple to find out the fake saint. Finally they got their golden success!

I like this book because the author has a lucid style of writing which does not make the reading bore some.
